What to include

• the environment, testnet or mainnet, and the chain ID;
• the ids involved: the sweep or revocation id and your external_id, the event id of a webhook;
• the transaction hash, if there is one;
• the request and the answer you got, with its error code and message;
• when it happened, in UTC.

Never send us an API key, a webhook secret or a private key. We never ask for them.

Before you write

• Errors and retries lists every error code and what to do about it.
• Statuses, confirmations and reorgs explains every reason of a rejected or failed sweep.
• GET /v1/webhook/deliveries shows whether, and how, your endpoint answered the last deliveries.
