Terms of service

Portuna (“we”) provides Portuna Sweep: it sweeps tokens and native coin from deposit addresses you control to hot wallets you control, in batch transactions paid from a gas wallet you prepay. You keep the keys of your deposit addresses and sign authorizations for them yourself.

The service is operated by Portuna; the operating company and its registered details will be set out in the final version.

Only test networks are live. Test networks carry no real value, may be reset and come with no availability commitment.

You are responsible for your console account, for your API keys and for who in your organization can use them. Tell us at once if a key leaks; revoked keys stop working immediately.

You are responsible for the keys of your deposit addresses and for what you sign with them. Sign authorizations only for delegates returned by the API, on the right chain.

You pay per successful transfer: its share of the gas plus a fee under your tariff plan, deducted from your gas wallet in the network's native coin. The standard rates are on the pricing page; an individual tariff plan takes precedence.

Use the service only for addresses and funds you are entitled to control, and in line with the laws that apply to you, including sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules.

We never hold the keys of your deposit addresses or the funds on them. The contracts send funds only to your hot wallet. The only funds we handle are the native coin on your gas wallet, used for gas and fees.

The service is provided as is. Blockchain networks can be congested, reorganized or changed by upgrades; we are not liable for losses caused by networks, third-party tokens or your own keys. Limits of liability will be set out in the final version.

We may update these terms and will announce material changes in advance.
